Early Waking Mini Course

Reclaim Your Lie in!

Remember the glory days?

Friday night drinks with your friends, rolling back home whenever you wanted and it didn’t matter because you could lie in the next day…

Fast forward to being a parent and feeling hungover most days (even without a drink) because you’re always so tired and it’s just relentlessly busy.

But this time you don’t get those lie-ins because you have a little human who seemingly hates sleeping past 6 am.

Are you channeling Sylvester the cat here and need matchsticks to keep your eyes open?

Feeling unproductive at work because your day starts at 5 something?

Need coffee on an IV drip to feel human?

Frustrated with your little one when they just won’t go back to sleep?

I know exactly how you feel….

You want to fix it, but don’t know how, after all, this has become the new routine now, this is the new normal…

It doesn’t have to be though. This mini-course will give you lots of tips and advice for how to reclaim your lie-in and stop those 5 am wakes.

All for just £14 (the equivalent of 4 fancy coffees you need to get through the day)!

What Does It Cover?

I  answer:

  • What does ‘early’ really mean for babies?
  • Why might your baby be waking early
  • How to break the cycle of them waking early, then needing to go to bed early.
  • How to prevent your baby from waking early. (Hint: It’s not as simple as they are going to bed too early!)

What Does It Include?

  • 1 x 40 minute webinar
  • Sleep Diary Template
  • Average Sleep Needs Chart
  • Discount code for a troubleshooting call if you feel like you need 1:1 help

"the early waking webinar was really useful, jam packed with tips. Much more than 'just put them to bed later, which wasn't working for us!"

Chris J

"I had no idea about how many different causes of early waking there are, this webinar SAVED my sanity! 5am starts became 6.30am starts, totally manageable"

Amy T

Q: Is this sleep training?

A: Nope. We don’t do “cry-it-out” here. None of the methods I suggest involve leaving your child alone to cry.

Q: What age is this suitable for?

A: This mini-course is aimed at babies 6 months to around 2.5 years, more so those who still nap than preschoolers who no longer nap.

Q: How long can I access the material for?

A: Once you’ve purchased any of the online courses, you get lifetime access. You can revisit and rewatch as many times as you like.

Q: Where can I go if I need extra support?

A: You have access to a private Facebook group which can be a great place to ask additional questions. After purchasing the course, you can also get a discount on a private call with me whenever you like.
